Royal Bakers always ensure quick delivery of products. However, a few products require time. The reason is that we start baking some products only after receiving orders from our clients. Special occasion cakes, including birthday cakes, wedding anniversary cakes, and other special cakes, will be produced only after receiving the orders. So, you should ensure to give us 48 hours for the preparation of special cakes.

Our customers have to double check the date and time of orders before ordering. We will not be responsible for the issue of the change of date and time happened from your side.

We are very strict and dedicated to serving cakes and other items fresh and 100% natural without adding any artificial colors and flavors. We are very confident in our products. However, if you find that the order delivered to you is not fresh or notice any other serious issue, you can return the product. We will check the genuineness of your complaint and refund your money if the complaint is genuine. You should bring the receipt of your order.

Our customers have the freedom to cancel the order they have made us. However, you have to inform us about the cancellation of your order at least 24 hours before the actual date of the delivery. Customers can cancel their order by making a phone call, sending an email, or visiting our outlet. The money will be refunded if you cancel the order 24 hours before the delivery of your order. If you fail to cancel the order 24 hours before the delivery of your order, the money will not be refunded.

In case the preparation of your order has already started, you cannot cancel the order under any circumstances. You have to read the terms and conditions of each product before ordering.
